This page explains what the public Referlane marketing site itself collects, and how the private-beta application form works. It does not describe the Shopify app's product privacy policy, which will be published separately once that system exists.
This marketing site
Ordinary web request information (such as IP address and browser details) may be processed by the hosting and runtime provider that serves this site, as with any website. This site does not currently run marketing analytics, and makes no analytics claim beyond what is actually configured. It does not use session replay or screen-recording tools.
The private-beta application form
There is no custom Referlane application-form database. The application form is provided and hosted by Tally, a third-party form provider. When you apply, your answers are submitted to and processed through Tally, not stored directly by Referlane's own systems.
What not to submit
Please do not submit customer information, order exports, passwords, credentials, or other confidential data through the application form. The form only asks for information relevant to assessing private-beta fit.
How Referlane uses application information
Referlane uses the information submitted through the application form to assess fit for the private beta and current cohort capacity, and to contact applicants about their application and related product research.
